I’m a yoga teacher, Zen Thai Shiatsu and sound practitioner based in Berlin. After 600+ hours of training with teachers from around the world, I’ve developed a modern, non-dogmatic approach to the practice.
Together with my dear friend Nush, I co-founded Unfold Studio in Kreuzberg. It is a new space designed to build strength and resilience, foster transformation, and connect with others. Opening November 15th, 2025, it’s where you can explore Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, and Yin Yoga classes.
Besides the studio, I also lead Sonic Bloom Retreats. My friend Anna and my vision was to create immersive retreats for yoga and music lovers who want to move and listen to sound and live music.
